安卓 采集摄像头数据 , 通过ffmpeg推送流至服务器

Android 采集摄像头数据 , 通过ffmpeg推送流, 通过AdobeMediaServer查看 , 为什么播放视频总是隔一段时间一缓冲 , 而且播放有延迟。求大神帮忙啊
