ubuntu14.04 安装 ambari2.4.2， 始终报403

我在使用ubuntu安装ambari玩，之前的下载，软件准备工作已经完毕，现在准备安装ambari：
添加ambari.list:

root@ggmarks:/etc/apt/sources.list.d# cat ambari.list
#VERSION_NUMBER=2.4.2.0-136
#deb http://public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/ambari/ubuntu14/2.x/updates/2.4.2.0 Ambari main
deb http://120.*.220/AMBARI-2.4.2.0/ubuntu14/2.4.2.0-136/ Ambari main

apache也准备好了，并且可用

在执行 apt-get update 之后报错，报403 forbidden ：

报错信息如上，我只是做本机的apt-get update，这里出现的 [IP: 112.124.140.210 80] 是什么？这个是什么出错了，求教。另外这边
