Please be aware that any given Patch Set can have slightly different structure sizes compared to your current installation and can include optimizer changes. Hence is it advisable to review any parameter settings which are close to their limit and check execution plans and resource usage of any critical SQL.

因为解决11.2.0.2 版本的bug而引入的一个bug ，
我们的应用中使用临时表 CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE 创建的表才有问题!

解决方法：use NO_CONNECT_BY_COMBINE_SW and NO_CONNECT_BY_FILTERING hints

workaround
由于块延迟是一个11.2 的新特性，默认是没有开启的！所以可以在不开启此特性的情况下，此bug可以避免！

A query with internal union all views may fail with internal error [kkqjpdpvpd: no join pred found.]
一个查询使用了由union all 创建的视图的时候 可能会报错
解决办法
"_push_join_predicate"=false;
or
"_fix_control" = "8693158:OFF".
Bug 13496250 Unexpected ORA-976 using LEVEL / PRIOR / ROWNUM in an ANSI "ON" filter predicate
当sql 在一个where 条件中使用 LEVEL / PRIOR / ROWNUM 关键字 配 on 关键字的时候可能会出错！

JOIN (select 1 col2 from dual)
ON col1 = col2
AND col2 in (SELECT col3
FROM level_test

解决办法：
Workaround
Typically, the SQL can be re-phrased to move the affected filter
predicate / sub-query from the ANSI ON condition clause to a
WHERE clause.
eg:
SELECT *
FROM (select 1 col1 from dual)
JOIN (select 1 col2 from dual)
ON col1 = col2
WHERE col2 in (SELECT col3
FROM level_test
WHERE LEVEL IN (1, 2)
START WITH col4 = 0
CONNECT BY col4 = PRIOR col3);
Bug 13257247 AWR Snapshot collection hangs due to slow inserts into WRH$_TEMPSTATXS.
awr 收集信息时 hang
解决办法
1. Disabling flushing of WRH$_TEMPSTATXS :
alter system set "_awr_disabled_flush_tables"='wrh$_tempstatxs';
或者
2. Gathering statistics on fixed objects :
dbms_stats.gather_fixed_objects_stats
